We offer a 24 hour fitness center to include Nautilus weight machines, treadmills, elliptical machines, stationary bikes, free weights, yoga bags, and exercise balls.

Yes, room service is served 6:30am to 9pm Sunday and Monday, 6:30am to 9:30pm Tuesday through Thursday, and 6:30am to 10pm on Friday and Saturday.

Yes, our self serve business center open 24 hours located next to the front desk to service your business needs while at the hotel. Copy, fax, and boarding pass printing services can be provided by the front desk. There may be a charge associated with these services.

Yes, Jurlique Spa is located on property with 7 treatments rooms including a couples' room. Open 9am to 7pm seven days each week. Appointments are suggested. Please call us at 480.424.6072 or through the internal extension 7522.

We do not offer a complimentary shuttle service. Please contact the concierge for transportation assistance.

Do you have onsite parking? How much is parking? Is it included in my room rate?

Yes, we have complimentary onsite parking and complimentary valet.

Will your rooms allow rollaways/cribs/playards? Is there a charge?
Answer
All of our rooms will allow cribs/playards. Due to fire codes, we can only allow rollaways rooms with King beds and suites.

I booked on a website other than the hotel website and I need to make a change to my reservation. How do I do this?
Answer
You will need to contact the channel with which you made your reservation.

What is the minimum age requirement to check in to the room?
Answer
You must be 18 years or older in order to check in to a room.
If someone under the age of 18 is booking a reservation, the following is required:
  1. A parent or guardian must sign a statement that they are responsible for all charges and/or damages
  2. Normal hotel rules apply:
    • No Noise
    • Maximum number of people in the room applies at all times

What is your cancellation/deposit policy?
Answer
We have a 72 Hour prior to arrival cancellation policy on most reservations. You must cancel by 4pm Pacific Time 72 Hours prior to arrival to avoid penalty.

Is my ID/passport required at check in?

We do require presentation of a valid government-issued identification at the time of check-in.

What age do kids stay for free?
Answer
Kids 17 and under stay for free in existing bedding when accompanying an adult.

Do you have connecting rooms?

We do have a limited number of connecting rooms on property. This is on a request basis and can not be guaranteed.

Do you have ADA rooms?

We do have ADA Rooms available. Please your request for an ADA room at the time of booking.

Do you have an early departure fee?
Answer
An Early Departure Fee of up to one night's room and tax may apply on all reservations.

Restaurant

What are the hours of the restaurant/bar/lounge?
Answer
Taggia serving coastal Italian cuisine is open for breakfast 7am to 10:30am, lunch 11:30am to 2:30pm and dinner 5:30pm to 9pm Sunday and Monday, 5:30 to 9:30pm Tuesday through Thursday, and 5:30 to 10pm on Friday and Saturday.
FireSky Lounge, located in the main lobby, serves 10:30am to midnight.
Aqua Bar and Grill located at the main pool serves beverages and food from 11:30am to 5:30pm.

Pets

Are pets allowed? Are there restrictions for weight, height or types?
Answer
Pets are welcome at the FireSky Resort and Spa with no restriction on types or size. Pet Owners will be asked to fill out a waiver form accepting responsibility for any damage or cleaning charges that may occur while at the Hotel. Pets are only allowed in our Deluxe Patio guestrooms and our Courtyard View guestrooms.

Do you have pet free rooms for those with allergies?

Yes, we allow our four legged friends to sleep in one particular building leaving the other four buildings pet free.

Do you have pet sitting or dog walking services?
Answer
Pet-Sitting and Dog Walking services are available through our Concierge. Please contact the in advance for these services.

How far do you have to walk to take your pet out?
Answer
The nearest dog–friendly park is Chaparral Park, a short 3-5 minute drive from the hotel.
