Things to do in Scottsdale AZ when you're not living it up at FireSky Resort
Just because you're from out of town doesn't mean you can't live like a local. With its central location in Old Town Scottsdale, you're perfectly situated for Scottsdale events and activities, many of which are within easy walking or driving distance. So you're in town for just a few days. What do you want to do?

If you are really in the mood for good Southwest food, check out The Mission. The Crispy Cola Pork and the Pork Belly Pibil dishes are great.
My favorite place to watch the game with good friends and good food is Blue 32. The nachos, wings and burgers are excellent!

Happy hour at Geisha a Go Go can't be beat. They have such creative sushi rolls and their flavored saki's are delicious.
One of my favorite places to relax and have fun is Dos Gringos in Scottsdale. They even have a life-size Jenga game!

If you're looking for that "one of a kind" piece of modern jewelry or piece of contemporary art, Occassions by Design.
My favorite designer consignment store is My Sister's Closet. The choice is amazing - Prada, Louis Vuitton and Jimmy Choo, to name a few. And they're 60%-95% below retail price.

After a long game, I like to head over to Rock Bar, Inc. in Old Town. The live music is always good and they also have the largest rooftop patio bar in town.
McCormick Golf Course is the perfect place to spend any day. It's beautiful and the views of McDowell and Camelback Mountains are a bonus.
