For simple, fresh, Northern Italian fare, no restaurant appeals to Scottsdale foodies more than Taggia. Here we have created a coastal Italian menu with a contemporary flair-and the occasional international surprise added for your delight. It seems to be working, because Taggia continues to enjoy growing popularity among dining aficionados.
It's the little touches-and the grand gestures-that make all the difference at Taggia. Enjoy seafood flown in daily, organic seasonal salads, wood-fired oven pizzas and handmade pastas, served in the Mediterranean-inspired dining room, or on the shady open-air patio. Our Chef Massimo Defrancesca is not afraid to throw a few curve balls in our quest to prepare the finest, most flavorful dishes, emphasizing local Arizona ingredients. Our homemade gnocchi with braised veal, wild mushrooms and veal jus is to die for, and just one example of our contemporary take on Italian classics.
And we are nothing if not accommodating. For those with food allergies or special requests, Taggia is also able to serve meals with a variety of options, such as vegan friendly, vegetarian and gluten free.
